Scope of Services: It’s a 9 storied 5 star rated Hotel Building. It has around 200 rooms as well as buffets, swimming pool, gym, conference room and many other modern facilities. It can serve about 1100 guests at a time. Architectural Design development from conceptual drawing done by UK based M/S KANE ASSOCIATES and their Architect COBBAN & LANG. Follow up of detail Structural design, Preparation of tender documents, Specification, Co-ordination with the design-built contractors, Construction Management were done by our company.
